They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I didn't mind waiting to see the ENT because my chair was soooo comfortable. They really care about patient comfort at this office. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
