Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that Dr Willis took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Dr Willis never examined me but charged my insurance for the highest level of care every visit. He charged me over $1500 to go to a psychology class every week just to get my lortabs. Dr George is in charge of the psychology class. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language that Dr George used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. He is supposed to be a preacher but is a hypocrite. If there was NO STARS, I would give Alabama Pain Center, Dr. Willis and Dr. George a ZERO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here to anyone....

They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance.
After looking around the Internet about Alabama Pain Center, all the reviews are HORRIBLE. No wonder this place is ranked as one of the worst pain centers in the city.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have just started going there and am nervous about the cost of this place. Classes (which cost money) are required before you can really be treated.
