They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.

Needed to clear my pimples, so decided to go see Dr. Kendall. On the day of my appointment I went and was attended by her amazing staff. They were very sweet to myself and other patients there. Had a little wait and when was seen by the doctor she told me the way the treatment works and also offered me some medicine for my face and antibiotics. She also mentioned how a microdermal facial would be good and gave me a good offer that i couldn resist. It was very refreshing and my face felt very clean. Strongly recommend.

This office design is very nice and the staff there are great. All a big help and very sweet. I went a month ago to remove an unwanted mole on my face and was happy with the results. Was left with no scar :D will recommend.

I was extermely satisfied at how good they (the staff) treated me. Dr. Kendall was very pleasent and made me want to come back. Thye gave me their full attention and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. I always get the appointment time I want and they are very flexible with my schedule. I was in and out of the office for my treatment in less than 30 min. I will definately go back and also refer all my friends and family to Dr. Kendall.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I purchased couple of products and the products are very expensive and are priced very higher when compared to the same product price in the internet. The attitude looked more of commercial to make money out of the patient.
I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

I was reffered to Dr. kendall through a family member, i was thrilled attending this office. The girls ( staff ) are the biggest sweet hearts you can ever meet. All girls are very attentive and well mannered. While waiting in the exam room a Medical assisstant came and attended me until the doctor came in the room. When it was time for check out, the girl completley explained every medication i was going to be taking and for what i was going to be taking that medication.I would recomend you to attend this office. Its a nice expirience.
