Yes, extremely spacious

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
