There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The artwork in the office needs to be updated, as it is really ugly. The staff is nice enough, some are nicer than others. I really like the nurses and the medical staff.
