They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. I was very disappointed that they weren't able to answer a single one of my questions. It really made me doubt that they knew what they were doing. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

No. It took me several times to get through.
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
No, there weren't many to choose from
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I would hope that I never have to be under their care again. They were terrible. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
