I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to use Dr. Alan Glassman as my child's pediatrician 13 years ago! They are very timely, considerate, helpful and professional. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Yes, they were bright and child-friendly

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
