Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were quite friendly. I always enjoy my appointments here.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. awful dermatologist.

They were friendly enough at this office. I was welcomed but that was about it. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
