They have very serious staffing problems in this office and it continues to be a problem. Some of the staff are very rude and very unprofessional. Dr. Rieber is a great doctor and is very, very good with his patients.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
