Did you feel safe in this provider's care?
Mostly, I was still a little nervous
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Frankly, I could care less who, what, when, where and how the "ENGINEERS" and the "ACCOUNTANTS" of the spinal column work. What I do care about is being able to walk, stand up straight, being able to bend over enough to open a dresser drawer, able to stand to take a shower, go shopping, being able to pick myself up if I fall (Only on the forties-for those who are wondering). I want to be PAIN-FREE without taking narcotics all day long, just to be able to go back to bed with more narcotics! DR. Wheeler is more interested in what he feels HE needs to teach us like we are children in elementary school! I don't care who was able to prove what on a chalkboard. That chalkboard is not my body! My body is what is in pain. I doubt very seriously that the chalkboard has ever felt a day of pain in it's life.
