Both my teenager & I had to wait a few weeks to get appointments with Dr. Burton, but we eventually got in separately. It doesn't matter how many times we come here, this office just cannot seem to remember either of our names & makes no effort to try - no personalization whatsoever. They weren't understanding or warm, nor did they show empathy for valid concerns. Their office is also very outdated & tired, reflecting their patient-care. After 4 years of insurance giving us no selection of Raleigh doctors (2), I'd rather pay out-of-pocket for a doctor that actually appreciates our continued loyalty & business. If you desire good bedside manners & concern for patient wellness, please look elsewhere in town - this office just isn't it.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Burton for 20+ years; he always exceeds expectations and is very professional. His office is very helpful in filing insurance claims.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
