They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Dr Sweeney is awesome! He's very thorough and explains everything in great detail and makes you so much smarter on allergens. His office staff in Portsmouth need to work on their professional courtesy with their customers however. They have been rude at times with both my wife and son. He needs better awareness of how they treat their patients.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I got a lot of questions answered during my visit. I was happy that they were able to give me all the information I needed. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
