I felt like Dr. Safa was in a hurry to finish up our first initial appointment. He seemed knowledgable, just not very interested in me. Subsequently, he was insulted when I questioned him and tried to convince me I was being overly dramatic when I told him my symptoms. After two visits I decided to find a new specialist to treat me! I would not recommend his services to anyone.

I was a patient for many years and quite satisfied. However, I felt that more tests were being ordered (despite previously saying my condition was stable). The doctor last time was quite rude about my questions of these additional in-office tests and procedures. He brushed off my concerns and asked why I was questioning his tests! He made me feel stupid and uncomfortable and even suggested I seek another doctor! This was so different from his previous office demeanor. I was frankly shocked: this behavior has never happened with any other doctor I've ever seen.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
