It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Drs Murphy and Staats are the very best in pediatric care in NOVA. I would NEVER consider taking my child anywhere else. I went to them because they were the pediatricians for one of my friends when she was growing up (in her 30's now!). My friend takes her daughter there now. Can't say enough nice things about them. The office staff always tries to be accommodating and works with you, especially when you're child is sick. You always get a follow up call the next day to check and see how your child is doing after the visit. Even on the weekends they have a dr on staff and open hours for sick kids. What other drs office does that??? They never seem to be flustered by crying, miserable babies or kids. Often times, when that happens you can tell other drs offices are on edge. Not them, they show the utmost sympathy for the child and try their best to help parents calm their upset child. Their insurance biller is a saint and works very hard to resolve any problems you might have. Always courteous, always professional and always amazing. Sometimes the wait might be longer, but its completely worth it for the care and peace of mind you receive in return.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, I didn't notice an odor
