Dr. Vitarello's office made me feel very comfortable and they were the staff was empathetic. My first visit was not only pleasant, but taken with the most understanding of my concern when I was referred and wanted they made sure I understood what I was feeling. The nurse even made me feel more comfortable to make me feel how important it is to make time for myself. I had no probems in finding their office at all, and if anyone should have an issue, the professional building area does have a directory guide (such as a phonebook) to help a person know where they need to go depending on the building locatipn,name of doctor, etc. It does not get any easier than that. The staff, and Dr. Vitarello, were one of the most kindest, caring staff I've ever dealt with ( especially the nurse that day).

Dr. Vitarello answered my questions completely. More importantly, he discussed related issues that I hadn't yet considered. Discussion covered immediate issues as well as the underlying causes. The staff explained procedures and medication requirements and expected outcomes in detail. Everyone is very friendly and professional and made an effort to keep track of my progress and encourage me along the way and keep me headed in the right direction.
