I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
