They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
