Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

DO NOT see Dr. Goodwin's Nurse Practitioner for a GYN exam! She examined me for 5 minutes, made me come back because I had an abnormal test result two weeks later, couldn't give me any useful information and just told me to get a GYN exam at a real GYN's office.

After getting examined at a REAL GYN office, I found out that Goodwin's NP never even ordered a Pap test; she only ordered an HPV triage test! She was completely useless and didn't even run the test she said she was going to run. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A GYN/PAP TEST.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
No. I didn't trust their motives.
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
No. I wasn't listened to at all!
