Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods.
