I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
