They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

Dr. Glassner is a long-time family medicine provider in the community, and has been the family doctor to three generations of my family. He listens, he engages, and he educates without lecturing or taking an 'ivory tower' approach. His old-school 'consult the patient' outlook is reflected in his junior partners, and I'm fully comfortable with any of the medical professionals in his practice. Dr. Glassner's practice is extremely popular, and they have more patients at their door than they can accept, though they make every effort to accomdate that they can practically take, consistent with providing excellent quality of care. One side effect of this is that it takes longer to get a non-emergency response from the office, though emergencies are always dealt with promptly.

Not only do I trust him with my health, I trust him with my children's health.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
