I have been seeing Dr. McCarren for several years and have never had any issues with rescheduling appointments, long waits, or anything else. When I have had what I consider to be emergency problems during off-hours, I've always received a quick response. The staff is friendly, and Dr. McCarren is a very good, well-educated doctor who strives to constantly improve and increase his knowledge base. He participates in continuing education and research relevant to his field. I have seen a good 20 specialists in the past four years, and Dr. McCarren is easily my favorite because I feel like he listens to me, is interested in what's going on with me, and genuinely seeks answers to problems that I experience. I'd highly recommend him to friends, family, and anyone else looking for a good doctor.

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. One thing that's been so annoying about Donald Mccarren, DO , is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I had to wait for a little while.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
