They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them . Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
