I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.
