One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I waited a very long time in the waiting room before I saw the Dr. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered, once I got into the room.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.
