They have very good customer service. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. Dr. Baler seems to have a good relationship with all of the staff members. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.

No, they didn't wear any cologne
