Their staff is very friendly and professional. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
