Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their billing department is uninformed and should take some courses in customer relations. This depart6ment coulod be the reason to seek another provider.
