They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
