I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They never answered their phones in a timely manner nor cared to listen to the reason why you were calling. The girls at the front desk are extremely rude and incourtious. Its obvious that now these physcians are under Virtua things completely changed and their care became more about numbers then patient satisfaction. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I would never visit them again even if my life depended on it. I was very disappointed.

The most rude front desk staff I have ever experienced (with the exception of Rochelle who is very courteous). I actually had a receptionist hang up on me when I called to make an appointment on 8/12 with a hearing problem.
Perhaps health care isn't subject to the same downturns as the rest of the economy, but you would think patients would be treated better. It's a shame that I have to find a new physician after 10 years of dealing with this practice.
