I had eyelid surgery for ptosis on both eyelids. One eye was successful, the other was not. When I returned to her office to have it repaired I was given the royal run-around by her office. They never sent the correct documents to the insurance company and delayed my procedure until I felt I needed to seek help from another doctor. When I saw the new doctor and found out she had charged
the insurance company $16,000 for a procedure that only cost about $3,500! I was horrified! Needless to say, I was greatly disappointed by her quality of work and the manner in which my case was handled by her office
