Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
