I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Dr. KIm always offers me as much time as I need, regardless of the number of patients waiting. They always go out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and are sympathetic to my situation. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need and I feel that I can always count on them. Their staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
