The office waiting room appeared very and there was a waiting period. I found his office staff pleasant. I was knew in the area. I wish today I had never gone.
My life will be changed forever and I feel I was taken advantage of because of my circumstances.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I was happy to see that their office equipment was in good shape. The office staff was very pleasant.

I did not like this office at all. First of all its filthy. Furniture, walls, toys, carpets need to be cleaned. Along with all the clutter on every possible counter top and floor space. They are in the medical field, and I beleive there is a certain expectation for cleanliness. Second of all the staff treat you like its a patient mill, not very friendly, except for the Audiology staff. They were great. Dr Knox was friendly enough but that doesn't cut it when doesn't listen to what your there for. I brought my son for a nose injury to be checked out. He sent me off with allergy nose spray,(he does not have allergies and was not congested) and a recomendation to have his adnoids taken out, with just an examination with a flashlight looking in his nostrils. It was awkward speaking to him about his recomendations in the hallway with staff and other patients in hearing distance. I won't go back, we are going for a second opinion somewhere else.
