They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I considered their waiting area chairs to be the most comfortable I've ever sat in. I was so relaxed while waiting to see the dermatologist.
Aversa is a competent physician but this survey is BS..I did not write the narrative above.
