They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. AWFULLY HARD TO GET AN APPOINTMENT! Went through many rings and machine answerings....I even tried the website which they promoted, but you cannot make appointments that way. I will call elsewhere in the future!!!! By the way, they do not return from lunch on time.... I must have called atleast eight times before I did not get a busy signal, then I waited forever. NOT WORTH IT!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
