My calls are answered promptly. I am rarely put on hold for excessive lengths of time and like knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a long time to get it answered. I was pleased at the level of service I received. They surpassed my expectations and I will continue going back. Their office equipment is in good shape - current and safe.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It was clean and orderly. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
