They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.

Every time I have made an appointment for the past two years I have been told no doctor is available. I am then charged for an appointment with a doctor to see a Physicians Assistant. I recently had problems with my gall bladder and was referred for an ultrasound. One week later no doctor or PA from this office has called to explain the results. I also have MDS and every time I come in for a blood test I am asked why I need one.
