I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I would never recommend them to anyone, not even if they were the only provider in the area. They were terrible. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.

It takes over a week refill prescriptions and when I needed an appointment it takes a couple of weeks to get into the doctor and then they state unable to refill prescription as haven't seen doctor it's a lose lose situation. Plus treatement has always been unproffesional and uncaring by all involved - I will be looking for a new doctor.

Well. After five visits, it's pretty apparent that I'm wasting my time not only with Dr. Dalton, but also with his staff. Getting him to look at some tests required an office visit because, according to one of the six nurses I talked to when trying to decipher my results, he doesn't call patients back. His nurses are horrible at returning phone calls in a timely manner. Just forget about that. You know what? I don't want to discuss fertility issues with six different nurses only to find out a week later that I have to make an appointment in order to get the answers I want. I was sick once and needed treatment immediately because I had to perform. It was an eight-day wait to see the doctor. So I went to the minor emergency center, and found out I needed a referral. The staff informed me that would take two weeks to execute. There's always a problem. There's always a long wait and there's always a voice in the back of my mind that wonders if this guy really cares, or if he's ready to hit the links the minute he can get out of the office. I miss Dr. Scheel.

I was disappointed in Dr. Dalton and the office staff. They were extremely impersonal. It takes two days for them to return a phone call to answer a simple question. It has taken over two weeks just to get a necessary prescription filled. During the gathering of patient medical history and information, the nurse, staff and doctor do not look me in the eye to ask me these questions, but rather stare at a computer screen. Dr. Dalton is extremely impersonal. He does not make me feel comfortable at all! He doesn't listen, and he only lectures. He does not make me feel open to ask questions, and he is not forthcoming with information...only if I ask. I have been to this office 3 times, and it never changes. Also the front desk is extremely unprofessional as they talk about each patient's phone call up front where those in the waiting room can hear. I know that when I called to complain that I haven't received my prescription, as soon as I hung up the front desk staff started talking about me because I saw this happen many times while I was there. I'm very sorry that I went to this doctor.
