I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I did not have to wait for them to show up. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was quiet. I was able to relax very easily.
