Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
