I didn't have to wait long after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. My child absolutely loves Javier Flores, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner.
