As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were friendly, kind, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited. They always put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Dr. Gahn is wonderful but his staff is extremely inept, insensitive and non-responsive if you have a chronic condition requiring monthly medication refills requiring physician authorization. After a year and a half under his care I finally lost my temper with his refill nurse and was punished by being dropped by Dr. Gahn leaving me scrambling for a new physician to treat my ongoing residual pain from an automobile accident.
