The front desk lady wasn't the best... but the nurse that i had in my room was very friendly and warm. She was polite yet knew how to have a conversation. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here,i was there plenty early... my appointment was at 2 pm and i didn't get into a room until about 2:30pm. Dr Birge was very poilte to myself and my mother whom tagged along, but definitely didn't sugar coat anything. He will tell you like it is, which i like about a doctor. My health is my main priority and while i was there, Dr Birge also made it his. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family in the Bloomington area.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

HORRIBLE service, 140.00 dollar 3 minute physcial.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I went in there today for a physcial for school and most all of the employees were unecessilary rude to me because I do not have insurance. I offered to pay upfront so they understood they would get their money but still treated me horrible. At one point the receptionist closed her window and talked about me to the other ladies behind the desk after I refused to pay anything other than a specific price. They kept saying they didnt know they price. Also, they let others who walked in after me in before me. After the physcial the nurse couldnt wait to get me out of there, i didnt even have my shirt on before she opened the door to get me out.

Bottom line, they treat those with insurance like gold and those without like worthless human beings. I have NEVER been treated this way and I am taking this claim farther than social networking boards. I hope they never treat anyone like they did to me today.
