Great doctors, but was there a full hour before my child got her shot. I am pleased overall with the clinic\, but always have to wait a long time for doctors to get in room.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
