I made an appointment with the Joslin Diabetes Center in Clearwater, FL soon after I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. The office staff was instantly welcoming.....knew who I was when I walked in the door! Dr. Leonard made sure every single question I had was answered, and the staff are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. This is the first time I have ever had a COMPLETELY positive experience at a physician's office. I am so grateful that there is a Joslin Center near where I live. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with diabetes.

The staff here goes above and beyond to make every patient feel welcome. They are quite a friendly bunch. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
