Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I was in desperate need of glasses and wanted the convenience of getting them at my appointment. You can imagine my disappointment when I realized they did not even sell them. I was not pleased. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.
