It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area
Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations?
All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of
Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms?
Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
