This is definitely one of the most knowledgeable doctors on the subject of migraine in the Greater Triangle area, N.C. and the country. Yes, by nature of being a small operation you may have to wait (or not), and it may appear that there should be more staff. BUT, all of that is made up for by the amount of time the doctor will spent with you, by his superior knowledge(!) and compassion, and by the caring attitude of his staff.

Capital Neurology( Dr Cook ) and staff are outstanding in their field. Dr Cook take the time to focus on you as the whole person not just the field he specializes in. He take all the time he needs with the patient and fallows up with them if they need more help. The staff go out of their way to help you out. Trudy Catt the office manger is wonderful and goes out of her way to help you out in any way she can. The staff has not changed much since I have been a patient of his for the past 11 yrs. Keep up the execellent work.
