Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Dr Sharon spent over 2 hours at my initial visit putting together my previous studies and performing sonogram of my thyroid then explaining details to me so that I could understand. He gave me a written description of our plan at the visit and sent this to my other doctors. He answers my call to his office right away! He takes 20% for insurance he does not contract with and submits to my insurance for me. This was my concern when first coming to him, but it turns out to be well worth it. I highly recommend Dr Sharon.

Dr Sharon expects me to take an active role in my diabetes care. He explained how to eat properly and why I check my sugars in a way that made all the difference. He asked me to send sugars to him and what I eat every few weeks and he makes frequent helpful comments and adjustments to my therapy.
